This is a great option to have in the airport. The food was varied, had complex flavors and was very tasty. The prices were also very reasonable for an airport restaurant. One thing to point out - something in my Alimendre bowl was very spicy. I love the heat, so I was very happy, but I think it would have been close to inedible if I was capsicum -averse.

We had three different bowls from here today and they were each very good. The ingredients tasted fresh, the flavors actually varied from bowl to bowl (not tasting uniform but distinct from one another). The vegetables were fresh and the chicken moist and savory. What a relief to have available an option for something healthy, non-greasy, quite palatable and served in an adequate portion from an airport vendor. Would love to see them expand to other locations! We will definitely seek them out next time we are in SLC! Do try them!

Balanced, healthy, and tasty food! Exactly what I hope to but rarely find at an airport. Location is off the main entrance to all terminal wings making it really convenient. Going to be my new go-to spot when I’m at the airport.

This kitchen was reccomended to me from Reddit. It is probably the healthiest breakfast in the airport. The eggs are overcooked, but the other elements are good if different than what the menu says. I had the morning bowl and the avocado was a mash mix (probably what they use for the avocado toast) and the veggies were a nice fresh bite. The sweet potatoes were heavy and gave me heart burn.

The best airport food ever. Fresh but filling, nutritious, excellent veggie option. Quick as components are pre-made but all tasted very fresh so can’t have been out long. And not that expensive compared to what a burger and fries can set you back these days.

I love Vessel Kitchen! It’s so fresh, healthy and flavorful. I go to the locations in Salt Lake City and also eat there in the airport. It’s so rare to find clean, whole food at the airport.

It's so rare to find great airport food. Same with local restaurants that have a quality airport location. I'm looking at you, Wolfgang Puck. But the food here is good, fast, packed with flavor and not terrible for you. Will definitely make this a stop on my layovers. Only issue is you can eat too fast so try not to do that. Hash hash bowl was amazing.
